Valencia Wrought Iron Double Entry Door with Flemish Privacy Glass

Hand-Forged Scrollwork Over Textured Privacy Glass

Product Overview

The Valencia Wrought Iron Double Entry Door brings classic, hand-forged scrollwork to a grand double-door entrance. Sweeping scroll patterns fill the upper and lower sections of each door leaf, framing tall twisted iron balusters that run down the center of the glass. Set behind the ironwork is Flemish privacy glass — a subtly textured, rippled glass that obscures direct sightlines while still letting daylight flow through. The door is finished in a rich black, with a pair of vertical bar handles centered on the doors and decorative scrolled corner brackets accenting the arched top frame.

Bottom Line Up Front: A 12-gauge wrought iron double entry door with sweeping hand-forged scrollwork and textured Flemish privacy glass, finished in black — a traditional, ornamental entrance that balances craftsmanship with everyday privacy.

Key Features & Benefits

Hand-Forged Scrollwork Design

• Sweeping Scroll Patterns: Ornamental scrollwork fills the upper and lower sections of each door leaf, hand-bent and welded into the frame
• Twisted Iron Balusters: Vertical twisted iron pickets run the length of the glass between the scroll sections
• Arched Top with Corner Brackets: An arched frame head accented with decorative scrolled brackets in the top corners
• Black Finish: A rich, uniform black finish across the frame, scrollwork, and hardware
• Vertical Bar Handles: A single vertical bar handle centered on each leaf

Flemish Privacy Glass

• Textured Privacy Glass: Flemish glass has a subtle, rippled texture that obscures clear sightlines through the door
• Daylight Without a Direct View: Lets natural light into the entryway while screening the interior from the street
• Insulated Low-E Glass: Tempered, insulated glass with a Low-E coating for energy efficiency and safety

12-Gauge Security Construction

• Heavier Than Industry Standard: 12-gauge iron slab, versus the common 14-gauge, for a door that resists flexing
• Solid Welded Frame: Frame and scrollwork are TIG-welded and ground smooth for strength and a clean finish
• Double Bore, Both Doors: Pre-bored on both door panels for standard deadbolt and handleset hardware

Weather-Resistant Finish

• Zinc Anti-Corrosion Base: Sprayed zinc base coat protects against rust before the finish is applied
• Multi-Coat Finish System: Built up in multiple hand-inspected coats and sealed under two protective clear coats
• Insulated Polyurethane Core: Foam-filled slab cavity helps lower the U-value and dampen sound at the entry
