Refund policy

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date, provided the item has not been installed or had an attempted installation.
  • A 15% restocking fee will apply to all returns.
  • Delivery fees are non-refundable.
  • Custom or special-order items are non-refundable.
  • Items marked as “Clearance” or “Surplus” are sold as-is and are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
  • For exchanges, items must be returned and received before a replacement will be processed.
  • The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
