Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions

Thank you for joining Home Center Outlet’s Loyalty Program. This Program was created by Home Center Outlet (“HCO”, “our, “us”, or “we”) to reward and recognize our most loyal customers. This Program is only applicable to customers who make qualifying purchases through Authorized Channels. “Authorized Channels” means (i) Home Center Outlet stores in the United States (including territories), (ii) on www.homecenteroutlet.com (the “Website”). Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this document, resellers of products purchased from HCO are excluded from the Program.


By participating in the Program, you (“you” or “Member”) consent to these Home Center Outlet Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”). You acknowledge that and agree that: (1) you have read and accepted these Terms and are responsible for remaining knowledgeable about these Terms; (2) the expiration and renewal of your Program membership is by Home Center Outlet in its sole discretion; (3) Home Center Outlet reserves the right to change these Terms or terminate the Program at any time, with or without prior written notice to you; and (4) Home Center Outlet may terminate all or any part of your membership in the Program, in its sole discretion, for any fraud, misrepresentation, abuse, violation of these Terms, or any other reason, and Home Center Outlet reserves the right to pursue legal action in the event of any of the foregoing. We also have other policies and procedures including, without limitation, Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Return Policy, Pickup Policy, Warranty Guidelines, which apply to the Loyalty Program Tiers and are an integral part of this Agreement.


As a member, you may receive discounts, exclusive offers, and other benefits. You can learn more about the specific benefits available in Section III (PROGRAM AND BENEFITS) below. Discounts, perks, and offers generally are determined by your purchases.

To administer the Program and to provide you with benefits, we may collect the following types of information:

a. identifiers, such as your name, email address, phone number, and physical address.

b. internet activity, such as your browsing history, search history, and information about your interactions with our websites, applications, and electronic communications.

c. commercial information, such as the products or services you have purchased from us and our stores that you visit.

d. Payment Information to facilitate your purchases from us.

e. Employment Information, such as your profession, trade, or line of business. Inferences about the    products and services that may interest you in association with your business transactions,

To sign up into the Program, you must (i) register for an account on the Website, or (ii) at a Home Center Outlet location with a Home Center Outlet team member. By participating in the Program, you agree that we and our affiliates (including team members, service providers, agents, and parties initiating communication on our or their behalf) may contact you for marketing and non-marketing purposes via email, text message, telephone call, fax, and other forms of communication as permitted by law.

You have the right to withdraw from the Program at any time, and may do so by contacting us.


How It Works. The Program provides benefits to Members who make Qualifying Purchases. “Qualifying Purchases” means purchases of designated products or services (less taxes, fees, and returns) at Authorized Channels, excluding prior purchases, and excluding the value of perks or promotions received from HCO (e.g., any discount applied to such Qualifying Purchase upon the redemption or application of Points to the purchase).

What do I need to do to earn Points?

a. Be a member in good standing.

b. Make a Qualifying Purchase.

c. Identify as a Member when you make the Qualified Purchase.

How do I identify as a member?

When placing an order on the Website, you should be logged in to your account. When placing an order in-store, you should place the order under the same name, phone number, and/or email address under which the Member Account is registered.

Can I register forms of payment in my account?

No. At this point in time, we do not offer the option to register your form of payment.

Subscription Plans. To enjoy full access to the Home Center Outlet Loyalty Program, you need to sign up for the HCO Pro Tier. Membership to this tier is obtained by purchasing a yearly subscription that starts on the date that you sign up and submit payment, or you reactivate a pre-existing subscription. Unless we otherwise communicate a different time period to you at the time of sign up, each billing cycle is one year in length (a “Subscription Cycle”). Your HCO Pro subscription automatically renews each year, and we will automatically bill the yearly subscription fee to your Payment Method each year, until the subscription is cancelled or terminated. For example, if you purchase your HCO Pro subscription on September 17, 2027, your subscription will automatically renew on September 17, 2028. You must provide us with a current, valid, accepted method of Payment (“Payment Method”). We may update the accepted payment methods from time to time.

Subscription Billing and Auto-Renewal. Your subscription to the HCO Pro Tier of Home Center Outlet’s Loyalty Program includes enrollment into an ongoing/recurring payment plan. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of the disclosed billing period, unless cancelled in accordance with the instructions for cancellation listed below. In the event of a price change, we will attempt to notify you in advance of the change by sending an email to the email address you have registered to your account. If you do not wish to accept a price change, you may cancel your subscription in accordance with the instructions included in that email and below. If you do not timely cancel your subscription, your subscription will be renewed at the price in effect at the time of renewal, without any additional action by you, and you authorize us to charge your payment method for these amounts. We will not be able to notify you of any changes in applicable taxes. You are responsible for all third-party Internet access charges and taxes in connection with any Purchase made under your Membership account. Please check with your Internet provider for information on possible Internet data usage charges.

Payment Details. You are responsible for keeping your payment details up to date by changing the details in your account settings. You authorize us to continue to charge your card using the updated information in the event any changes to your payment method are made. In the event of a failed attempt to charge your payment method (e.g., if your payment method has expired), we reserve the right to retry billing your payment method. If a payment is not successfully authorized due to expiration, insufficient funds, or otherwise, we may suspend or terminate your subscription. You will remain responsible for any amounts you fail to pay in connection with your subscription, including collection costs, bank overdraft fees, collection agency fees, reasonable attorneys’ fees, and arbitration or court costs.

Duration and Cancellation. You can cancel your subscription at any time before the end of the current billing period. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise disclosed. If you cancel, you will continue to have access to the Service through the end of your current billing period. You must cancel your subscription 48 hours prior to your next recurring billing date in order to avoid being charged for the next billing period. We do not refund or credit for partially used billing periods. If you cancel, including if you switch your billing to a third-party, you will forfeit any earned Points and/or perks.

Benefits and Tiers.

Points. Points are earned by a Member for every Qualifying Purchase, with the number of points earned for each Qualifying Purchase being dependent upon whether the Member is a Premier or Pro Member. The number of Points for a Qualifying Purchase are further described on the Program’s home page on this Website, and HCO reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to modify on a prospective basis the Points awarded for a Qualifying Purchase. Points accumulated by a Member may be applied to obtain discounts on purchases pursuant to the then applicable schedule published by HCO on this Website.

Earning Points in HCO Premier and HCO Pro. In order to earn Points, you must identify yourself as a member when making a Qualifying Purchase either by (i) making the Purchase under the name registered to the account at a registered tender, or (ii) logging in to your Member Account online before making the Purchase. Qualifying Purchases (i) used to earn Points may not be applied to retroactive transactions and may only be applied to one Member account (and may not be combined with any other Member account), (ii) using a Registered Tender will be applied to the original Member account to which the Register Tender is registered (even if that Registered Tender is subsequently moved to another Member account.

Personalized Offers. Home Center Outlet may conduct sweepstakes and other promotions (“Promotions”) for Members, which will be governed by official rules. Your participation in a Promotion will constitute your acceptance of such official rules. Home Center Outlet may also send Members exclusive coupons for Qualifying Product Purchases. Finally, you may qualify for personalized offers, discounts, benefits, and/or other rewards based upon your Program engagement and/or membership type.

Exclusive Sales and Events. You may receive access to exclusive sales and events based on your Membership Type and status. These sales and events may be unique, one-time events and may therefore vary during any Annual Period (and in different Annual Periods). Any communication we send you about these sales will describe any unique terms which apply.


Registration. To join the Program, you must (i) register for an account on the Website, or (ii) at a Home Center Outlet location with a Home Center Outlet team member. By participating in the Program, you agree that we and our affiliates (including team members, service providers, agents, and parties initiating communication on our or their behalf) may contact you for marketing and non-marketing purposes via email, text message, telephone call, fax, and other forms of communication as permitted by law.

(i) HCO Premier. HCO Premier Tier of Home Center Outlet’s Loyalty Program is a free, unpaid tier.

(ii) HCO Pro. HCO Pro Tier of Home Center Outlet’s Loyalty Program is a paid tier, with recurring annual payments.

Each telephone number and valid email address may only be associated with one Membership account (HCO Premier and HCO Pro).

Eligibility. Resellers are expressly excluded from the Program. (A reseller means an individual or company who purchases products and sells those products to third parties instead of using the products in its business). We reserve the right to prohibit sales to resellers and to suspend any Member engaging in reseller activities. Government and municipal customers who purchase from Home Center Outlet under the U.S. Communities (now OMNIA Partners, Public Sector) Government Purchasing Alliance, or other government contractors, are ineligible to participate in certain elements of the Program, including receiving and/or redeeming Points, or other benefits based upon your government contract. Providing false information or omitting requested information may be grounds for denial of enrollment, accrual of Qualifying Purchases, and/or suspension of membership.

Managing Qualifying Purchases. You may access your Membership account and, therefore, review your Qualifying Purchases, including reviewing your Purchase History, by logging onto “My Account” on the Website or in-store. Products and services that are eligible to count toward Qualifying Purchases are subject to change from time to time at Home Center Outlet’s sole discretion.

Membership Period. Home Center Outlet may, in its sole and exclusive discretion, designate different Program Periods. Your membership term begins the day of sign up and expires at 11:59pm EST on the day before the 365th day of your membership.

Inactivation/Suspension. You may inactivate your membership at any time by contacting us. In addition, Home Center Outlet reserves the right to suspend any Member at any time at its sole discretion. During any period while you are inactive or suspended, you will not receive any membership benefits and will lose the benefits of any Tier. If your membership is re-activated, you will earn Tiers as if you were a new Member.


Changes to Program. Home Center Outlet may, to its sole and exclusive discretion, terminate the Program (or any part of the Program) or change these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the Program will be shown in these Terms and will be effective immediately upon posting on this webpage, unless stated otherwise. Any changes to any printed version of these Terms will be contained in the next reprinting of that printed version. These Terms are available at (www.homecenteroutlet.com) and at any Home Center Outlet location.

Privacy. When you join the Program, we will collect your name, address, email address and primary phone number. A valid address is required for membership. By participating in the Program and providing us with this information, you agree that we may use your information to administer your participation in the Program; to send you electronic receipts and other transaction records and other transaction records; for marketing purposes; and as otherwise described in Home Center Outlet’s Privacy Policy, available online at https://www.homecenteroutlet.com/policies/privacy-policy. By participating in the Program, you agree that we and our affiliates (including service providers, agents, and parties initiating communications on our or their behalf) may use an automatic telephone dialing system or prerecorded voice to contact you for non-marketing purposes.

Personal Information We Collect. The personal information we collect depends on how you interact with us and information you provide directly.

Contact Information. We collect name, username, email address, postal address, and phone number.

Identification Information. If you are a member or sign up to be a member, we may collect membership card photo, date of birth, identity document information (e.g., driver’s license, passport, or tax information), employer name (if you create an account or Membership via your Employer).

Payment Information. If you make a Purchase or other financial transaction, we collect payment card numbers, financial account information, billing address, and other payment details.

Taxation and other Fees. All federal, state, and local income taxes, insurance, licensing, registration, liabilities, surcharges, title fees and any other fees connected to the Program are the sole responsibility of the Member.

Disputes and Governing Law / Arbitration. If there is any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Program, you expressly agree that any such dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration, as set forth herein, to the exclusion of any court action (federal or state). Following notification of a claim or dispute, and if such claim or dispute is not resolved within twenty (20) days thereafter through good faith negotiations between the parties, HCO shall submit a demand for binding arbitration with the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") offices located in Atlanta, Georgia and said arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the AAA's Expedited Procedures. You further agree that resolution of all such disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, and the selection of the person to act as the arbitrator for such dispute shall be made in accordance with the procedures prescribed by the AAA; provided however, that in no event shall any person selected to be the arbitrator be employed by, doing substantial business with or otherwise affiliated with any party to the dispute (including, but not limited to, acting as an attorney, accountant, financial advisor or consultant for any one or more of the parties). The arbitration hearing shall take place at the time and in the manner provided in the AAA's Expedited Procedures, and shall be convened by the arbitrator at a mutually agreeable site located within the Metropolitan Atlanta, Georgia area. The arbitrator's fees shall be his/her published AAA rate and not the Expedited Case Rate, and such fees shall be borne (i) fifty percent (50%) by the HCO, and (ii) fifty percent (50%) by the remaining parties. The arbitrator shall render his decision regarding the matter in dispute within the time provided under the AAA's Expedited Procedures, and such decision shall be final and binding upon the parties, and judgment on any award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction; provided, however, that the arbitrator shall not be entitled to award attorney’s fees except upon a finding that a party was stubbornly litigious and lacked factual bases for its claims or defense.



Members have no ownership interest in any information, offers, benefits, Points, promotions, coupons, accrued spend, discounts and/or events related to the program. Accrued Points do not constitute as Property of Members. Use of the word “accrue” or “earn” in marketing materials in relation to the Program shall mean “collect” and shall not infer that the membership level has any value. Membership levels may not be purchased or sold and are not transferable except as otherwise stated herein.

The Program is not available and is void where prohibited by federal, state, or local law or regulation.By joining the Loyalty Program at Home Center Outlet, you accept all Terms and Conditions and release Home Center Outlet from any claim, liability or damage relating to the Program.
