HCO Sales Associate

HCO Sales Associates help provide a great customer experience and provide our customers with detailed information on our products with intention to sell. This is a front-facing role that requires excellent customer relations skills, impeccable communication and the ability to handle tense situations. Sales Associates create rapport with customers, explain the use and benefits of products and services, and assist them in making the right purchasing choices. 

Qualified Sales Associates also assist with marketing and promoting products and services and ensure the company meets all customers’ needs to encourage repeat business. They may also handle payments and assist customers to their vehicles. An experienced Sales Associate makes a lasting impression on customers and makes sure they leave your business with a good experience.

HCO Store Manager

The duties of an HCO Store Manager may vary from store to store, but usually, a Store Manager is someone who manages employee schedules and store performance. They also are in charge of motivating and guiding employees down a successful path and handling employee performance issues. A Store Manager will delegate responsibilities to employees to ensure the store operates safely and effectively for the customers. In interacting with customers, the Store Manager will usually deal with customer complaints and other feedback, have communication with vendors and manage loss prevention. However, HCO Store Managers are also expected to meet a sales goal. Other jobs a Store Manager has are opening and closing up the store every day, supervising the stocking of shelves and ensuring the store is presentable and clean for shoppers.
